Let us know what your experience is if you have not exercised in a while. An often-heard theory is that of strength stiffer. Recent studies in women suggests that women do 12 weeks of strength training, not rigid at all.

The aim of the researchers was to look at the difference in the development of muscle strength and flexibility of women. The researchers collected 28 women and passed them into 4 groups: a group that only did strength training, a group that performed only stretching exercises, a group that only did strength training and stretching exercises and then finally a group that did stretching exercises first and then strength training.
