Special Packages for Corporate Events

There are two packages for corporate events available at The Regatta Hotel: the half-day package and the day package. Both deals involve the complimentary rental of a room for a minimum of 10 guests, which the hotel staff designs and arranges according to the client’s preferences.

The corporate event packages also include light refreshments in the form of iced water, mints, and freshly brewed tea and coffee. For full meals, the menu for any of the two packages may vary depending on the agreement with the hotel.

In terms of equipment, both deals include the use of pens and pads, a screen and projector, a whiteboard, a microphone, and a lectern.

The half-day package reserves a room from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; whilst the event can last up to 5:00 pm with the day package.

Diverse Menu, Room Choices

The Regatta Hotel has two floors open for corporate functions. The entire first floor can accommodate up to 250 people in a cocktail party setting. For smaller gatherings, the hotel divides the floor into rooms. The space can hold up to four rooms; from largest to smallest, the rooms’ names are Winterford, Thornton, Gazzard, and Gailey.

The second floor, also known as the Boardroom, is fit for small business meetings of up to 8 people. The room has state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities and high-speed Internet connection.

Menu-wise, customers also have a variety of choices at The Regatta Hotel. By default, the hotel serves starter, breakfast, and lunch sets from the Australian and Continental cuisines. Clients may also request for a special menu from the Boatshed Restaurant or the St. Café Lunch.
