Center for Network Therapy is a facility that is approved by the State of New Jersey to offer Medically Monitored Ambulatory (outpatient) Detox from stimulants, anesthetics, alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates, and other substances of abuse. The Center for Network Therapy also avails step down, and direct admits to Intensive Outpatient Programs and partial care with medication management. The facility is headed by board-certified addiction psychiatrist, Indra Cidambi, M.D, and is supported by a team of experienced physicians and nurses who keenly observe every patient’s progress. The facility is open and offers its services seven days a week.

On the benefits of the Medically Monitored Ambulatory (outpatient) detox model, Indra Cidambi M.D., the Medical Director said, “In the inpatient detoxification model, families, and patients are usually separated during treatment. This results in the patients’ families not knowing the struggles they encounter. It also leaves the patient to overwhelm the struggles by themselves. However, in the Medically Monitored Ambulatory (outpatient) Detox model, the family is part of the treatment process. We bring them in for therapy, inform them of the patient’s struggles and progress, and give them tips on how they can assist them. It prevents the patient from relapsing since they are encouraged to use their families as a support system when they feel vulnerable.”

Center for Network Therapy exploits a diverse approach where they dynamically adjust between different therapeutic models to match a client’s needs. These models are predominantly founded on evidence and are industry-leading, and they include Motivational Behavioral Therapy, Matrix model, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, which are then reinforced by medication. Their therapy does not stop with the patient. They also go further to reach out to caring individuals including family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors so they can know how to help them live an addiction-free life.

Indra Cidambi M.D., the Medical Director, said, “We are an affordable drug rehab center offering the Ambulatory Detox program. This program is structured. As a client, we need you at the facility 8 hours every day. After the morning check-in, patients commonly get two therapy groups disjointed by a lunch break. Our nurses and doctors collaborate to monitor progress and titrate medications according to the patient’s requirements. We provide all detox-related medications including and is included in the per diem, contracted insurance rate.”

Center for Network Therapy offers the Intensive Outpatient Program commonly referred to as IOP. It is made to offer greater levels of support for patients who are in recovery mode but still require exhaustive group therapy to stay on their path to abstinence. The patient can be in recovery from opiates, alcohol, or benzodiazepines or even undergone opiate detox, benzodiazepine detox or alcohol detox to address alcohol, benzodiazepine, or opiate withdrawal; they may still experience longings for these substances of abuse. The Intensive Outpatient Program addresses these needs.
