German Risk Insurance Ranking 2023

The new Risk Insurance rating for 2023 has just been released by RealRate.

These are the top three Risk Insurance companies in Germany, measured by Economic Capital Ratio:

1. DELTA-DIREKT LEBEN – 49%
2. DIALOG LEBEN – 42%
3. DEUTSCHE LEBENSVERSICHERUNG-AG – 22%

Based in Munich, Delta Direct is one of the leading providers of risk life insurance and has been offering policies in this area since 1995. They collected €15 million in annual premiums in 2021. Total current assets are €211 million.

Started in 1072 and headquartered in Augsberg, Dialog, have 800 employees and its current assets total €858 million.

Originally founded in 1989 as a separate entity, Deutsche Lebensversicherungs-AG is part of Allianz and based in Munich. Currently, it has total assets of €841 million.
