A recently published book by sociobiologist Tibur Zorodin advocates the implementation of a "sperm draft." The controversial policy was proposed in response to the shortage of sperm donations, as well as the rising "mutational load" of the average human genome in modern times.
The book, entitled The Post-Darwinian Zoo, also suggests that the rate of homosexuality and transgenderism increases in populations that are ethnically and racially diverse, citing Brazil as an example.
