When a writer stays in a famously haunted motel, there is only one thing that can come from it.

“This script had me hooked by page 5 and completely spooked out. Once I saw Richard's pictures and presentation on the locations and vision, I was hooked. It reminds me of the Twilight Zone and David Lynch colliding in a strange dream. And the ending is un-fucking believable," said Graup, the film’s executive producer and co-owner of Bottom of the World Productions.

Certain to be one of the hotter films coming out next year, it cannot happen without additional assistance, so the team has turned to a Kickstarter campaign for help.

“We are so excited about the prospects of this film, the cast and staff are all on board to help. With every favor we can call in across the film world used, we are still short,” Graup continued.

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding website. Interested parties can find projects that appeal to them and contribute any amount to help. In addition to the currently raised funds, Bottom of the World seeks $150,000 dollars to make the film happen, and the producers have included some exciting perks for those who contribute more.

“Every contribution counts. And the more an individual can donate, the faster we can reach our goal. So yes, we’ve got some exceptional rewards at all levels,” Graup said.

Director, Richard Sears made a video of his night at the El Rancho Motel that can bee seen on Youtube and the Kickstarter page. “Once people see Richard’s video, they will get a sense of the mood and vibe of the film. It’s really disturbing,” says Graup.
