As FF14 player, you can build your unique private Chamber in Patch 2.3. There are 512 private chambers in each house. And you can decorate your own room with indoor furniture. How do you own your private chamber in A Realm Reborn? There is a guide to share with you.

Requirement
First of all, your class has to reach level 50.
Secondly, you have the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Maelstrom, the Order of the Twin Adder, or the Immortal Flames.
--The Maelstrom is based in the seafaring city of Limsa Lominsa.
-- The Immortal Flames is based in the desert city of Ul'dah.
-- The Order of the Twin Adder is based in the forest city of Gridania.
Most importantly, you need earn enough money to buy one, because each room cost 300,000 ffxiv gil.

Customizing
When you gain a chamber, you can set it as you like. Opening the “Room Options”, you can entitle your room and edit greeting. Moreover, you can set guest access and view more room details.


Furnishing
Having finishing “Room Options”, you can start to decorate your private room. Open “Remodel Interior, change your interior walls, flooring and ceiling lights.


Next up, you can furnish your chamber. There are 50 hoursing items for you to choose, including chair, bench, couch, lamp, bed, maguey and so on. Some of furnishing needs to cost gil.
Please note that you must bind the housing items you furnish in your chamber to preventing trade or sale to others. In addition, some furnishing is not removed.

Depending on server conditions, the number of furnishings permitted in private chambers may be adjusted in a future update.

Vacating
If you want vacate your private chamber, you first remove all furnishings. Then open “Room Options” and click “vacate chambers”.

Before you vacating your room, you have to know that Gil to buy chamber is not refunded.
