Founder/President of Empowering Afghanistan through Education (EATE), Hussina Paktiawal is a former Sales Agent at Allstate Insurance Company, Raleigh, NC. She worked with the organization from May 2010 to April 2011, and was responsible for managing client services, including payment processes, policy changes, and updates for homeowner, life, and automobile insurance policies. Additionally, she provided training to new employees on daily operations, systems, and processes.

Hussina Jacqueline Paktiawal also collaborated with Allstate Workplace Division Benefit specialists on individual proposals as well as contracts for businesses operating locally. Although she worked with Allstate Insurance Company for a brief period of time, she made a significant contribution in improving office efficiency, customer service, and the overall sales.

Currently, she is working as an IT/Informatics Analyst at Duke University, Durham, NC, and managing her non-profit corporation - Empowering Afghanistan through Education (EATE), which she founded on November 2017 to promote primary education in Afghanistan. Last year, was also appointed as the Director of Nominations for Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA) (United States/Afghanistan).
