Hussina Jacqueline Paktiawal is a well-seasoned professional with a high level of knowledge of all database systems and integration/analysis of initiatives in areas, such as procurement services, materials management, and quarterly & year-end reporting. She is a former technical project manager with International Business Machines, RTP, NC, where she successfully managed and deployed several global projects, and handled a worldwide team of project leads across varied product platforms. To facilitate real time actions and improve problem resolution time, she engaged resources from development field, product engineering, technical sales support, remote technical support, and client representatives.

Before serving as a technical project manager, Hussina Paktiawal served as an Account Representative in International Business Machines. This role included conducting client transactions, like billing adjustments, order entry, & return authorizations. She also reconciled daily business control to be submitted to different levels of management for approval. Apart from that, she handled post-shipment disputes by processing returns, credits, debits, tax adjustments, etc. Hussina worked with the firm from October 2001 to February 2009.

Besides that, she is among the board of directors for Afghanistan Institute of Peace (AfgIP), Afghan/US Representative, and for Sahan-tv Media Network, Afghan/US Representative; & is a proud member of the Afghan Professionals network (APn) and UNESCO Education.
