BrightFox Beverage, a company operating in the CPG Food & Beverage industry, is facing allegations of violating labor laws and state regulations by failing to pay a team of remote US-based employees for two months of work and expenses. The company, which built out a team back in early 2022 for various roles, including sales and marketing, terminated everyone without a proper notice in November of 2022, leaving them without payment for their services.

BrightFox has failed to fulfill its promise of paying them for their work and expenses, despite repeated requests and reminders over a course of several months. None of the terminated employees received their final paycheck, violating labor laws across several states.
