Livingston County, MI – Key Development Center (KDC), a leading provider of therapy, counseling, and mental health treatment services in Livingston County, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Boschma, LMSW, CPS as its new Executive Director, effective January 1, 2025.

Lisa has been an integral part of KDC since 2018, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. Having served in various capacities, including financial, leadership, and therapeutic positions, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to the organization's mission and growth. Lisa's background in both prevention and treatment, combined with her expertise in leadership and finance, makes her uniquely qualified to lead KDC into its next phase of development. "I am excited about continuing our current collaborations within the county as well as new ones to reach the ever-changing needs of our community," Lisa Boschma.

Ms. Boschma will begin her role while transitioning from her current responsibilities with Brighton Area Schools. Her extensive experience in mental health, prevention and education will be invaluable as KDC continues to expand its impact on the community.
