With 54 percentile stating automation technology as a primary business opportunity, the leveraging relation between automation small businesses and automation technologies is finally growing.
Further, the study receives only five percent of respondents’ stated automation of business operations as a possible future threat. Whereas only a small number of businesses think automation will lead to job losses, thirty-one percent businesses think automation and AI will their operations to fruitful results with exceptional growth in employee base, and fifty-nine percent mentions there will be no significant difference with the introduction of automation and AI to everyday business operations.
The study also mentioned that the numbers of businesses who were surveyed, sixty-six percent were already using AI technologies; surprisingly most of them are using it for finance and billing process (29 percent). Other uses of automation technologies are as follows 28percent for marketing, 27 percent for sale, 25 percent for customer service, 15 percent for operation and 9 percent for production.
