Emmy award winning film and television veteran Niles Goodsite has designed an innovative, new e-learning course and mentoring program for professionals who are both aspiring to work and those already working in film and television production. Niles Goodsite spent many years working as a stage manager on TV and film production sets before he got the opportunity to advance to assistant director and then director. Niles Goodsite was always learning on set but it was often hard to find good mentors. Production people must be hyper focused on their work, so professional mentorship can be rare.

When asked how he felt about his new course launch, Niles Goodsite stated, “I’m excited to unveil my unique and innovative e-learning course to all the aspiring production managers and directors around the globe. I want to be a mentor to the next generation of folks coming up in our business. If I had access to a course like this, with built-in mentorship component from a veteran in the business – wow. I would have jumped at the chance. Having a veteran mentor would’ve fast-forwarded my career by several years.”

In over three decades spent working as a successful film and TV production veteran, Niles Goodsite has spent hundreds of thousands of hours working on sets all around the world with diverse production teams.

Niles Goodsite wanted to launch a new project that capitalized on his passions for film, television and technology. Niles Goodsite remarked, “The technological advances in video capability and e-learning collaboration have really blossomed in the last decade. I wanted to package my expertise and make it available via new media channels for aspiring production managers and directors and those who would most benefit from the knowledge I have amassed over my three decades long career in Hollywood.”
