When Rod Ricciardi joined Addy’s Harbor Dodge Corp in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the once-struggling dealership was revamped into an unforeseen success. There, Ricciardi served as the General Manager from 2010 to 2013.

When he inherited Abby’s Harbor Dodge it was a failing Stand alone Dodge store that suffered hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses each month, with meager average sales of 30 cars per month. Within his first year as GM, Rod Ricciardi steered the dealership in a complete U-Turn. Ricciardi was able to increase the profit from a deficit each month to a two hundred thousand dollar bottom line profit. He greatly increased the number of car sales by five times or more each month as well as taking the MSR from 60% to 300%. Under Rod Ricciardi’s supreme leadership abilities, the dealership led the South East District of the United States, which spans across six states. Throughout those three years the dealership had made itself known in the district, starting off in the top twenty, and by the third year it ranked number five in the district.

Rod Ricciardi’s success with Addy’s Harbor is a reflection of his years of expertise in the automotive industry. Now that he feels his work is done in Myrtle Beach, he has proudly accepted a new offer with the Crown Automotive Group in Tennessee.

Rod Ricciardi’s business skills don’t only come handy to the auto industry; they also come to the aid of the community. He is the Managing Director of the 501 (c) 3 non-profit Find a Dream. Find a Dream is dedicated to their mission of community involvement and Rod Ricciardi works hard to make it a reality. The Find a Dream Mission Statement:
