Richard A. Counts is pleased to announce the formation of the Greystone Group. The Greystone Group is a consulting alliance of international LNG buyers and sellers. Mr. Michael Humphries will run the day to day operations and will bring in experts and consultants to grow demand and expertise in the energy markets, specifically the liquefied natural gas market. Mr. Humphries has had a 30 year investment banking career in addition to serving on numerous oil and gas industry boards. Mr. Humphries will be based in the London office.

As the market for liquefied natural gas (LNG) grows, the demand for consultants and experts in the field is growing as well. On the topic of LNG, Richard A.
