When we hit milestones in our lives, it causes us to pause and consider where we came from up until now. For Thomas Fallucco, though, he is looking both back and forward in his life. Where he came from is worth his attention, but where Thomas Fallucco is going is worth the attention of all the Atlanta metro area.

It has been 15 years since Thomas Fallucco began work in the field of sales. A brand new graduate of the University of Dayton's Communications department, Thomas Fallucco started out as a small scale manager in an IT firm. Hard work and dedication to whatever task he was given caused Thomas Fallucco to move up in the world of sales management to his current position.

Thomas Fallucco is the Regional Sales Director for Dell SecureWorks in Atlanta, GA. Sometimes, Thomas Fallucco still pauses to wonder at having this job. It is so much more than what he started with 15 years ago.

"Who would have thought that I'd work for Dell!" Thomas Fallucco said, "It wasn't on my radar when I first began, but that just goes to show that you don't know what life will give you if you work hard where you are."

Thomas Fallucco is an advocate of setting goals for yourself, be they for next year or 15 years from now. Having an objective makes you work harder. As long as you recognize that you cannot get to those goals without making an effort, you are one step closer to reaching those goals. In this way, you earn your dreams and are not just handed them by chance, which makes them more valuable, says Thomas Fallucco.

"Even 15 years into my career, I still make mental note of my goals," said Thomas Fallucco, "It motivates and inspires me."

In the next 15 years, Thomas Fallucco does not know where he will be working. The last 15 years threw him some surprising opportunities, so Thomas Fallucco would rather leave that fairly open. On record, though, Thomas Fallucco would like to say that his hope for the next 15 years is to grow as a leader and to see those under him also expand in this fashion.
