Laila Milanian, experienced project manager and fitness enthusiast, was recently applauded for her ongoing commitment to health promotion.

 
In the United States, the rate of chronic illness and obesity is on the rise. As advances in medicine allow individuals to live longer than they ever have in history, it has become increasingly important to maintain good physical health in order to enjoy a long and productive life. Laila Milanian, fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer, was recently applauded for her lifelong commitment to health promotion.

Since childhood, Laila Milanian has enjoyed staying healthy while finding new and interesting ways to live an active lifestyle. Regarding being applauded for her commitment to health promotion, Laila Milanian had this to say: “I love staying healthy and motivating others to make positive changes in their lives. That’s the whole reason I have spent so much time focusing on physical fitness.” Professionally, Laila Milanian is a project manager and a respected leader in her industry.

In addition to her career goals, Laila Milanian is always searching for an inspiring way to remain healthy. Along her journey to physical health, Laila Milanian has mastered various fitness techniques. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, Laila Milanian is also a certified aerobics instructor and Pilates instructor. Regarding her passion for physical fitness, Laila Milanian had this to say: “I love learning new ways to stay healthy and sharing these techniques with friends and clients.”

Laila Milanian is a strong advocate for healthy lifestyle habits and works to encourage others to stay physically fit. In addition to her fitness training, Laila Milanian earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Akido. Laila Milanian enjoys exploring martial arts and other expressive physical fitness techniques. As a testament to her ability to motivate others to make positive changes, Laila Milanian was the honored recipient of Time Out New York’s “Best Female Personal Trainer” Award.

Currently, Laila Milanian is in the process of launching her new Pilates program designed to help pregnant and nursing women regain muscle strength, condition their bodies, and promote weight loss. Laila Milanian’s goal is to become an inspiration for women struggling with various fitness issues. In the future, Laila Milanian looks forward to expanding her fitness expertise and trying new and exciting routines.
