"Sometimes, I would have a difficult time being assertive," Joanna Josephson of AZ admits. "This is certainly no longer a problem! I've learned that most people react very well to a focused and serious approach. There's nothing wrong with asking for what you want… you may very well get it! This is a great approach to life in general, as well."

Joanna Josephson of AZ has an incredible track record with real estate. In her first year, 2008, she was named Rookie of the Year because she sold over 3 million dollars' worth of property.

"Looking back on it, it seems like a small accomplishment in comparison," Joanna Josephson of AZ says. "But it was so real at the time. I remember being told I had won the award, and thinking, 'Yes, this truly is the right job for me.'"

Joanna Josephson of AZ plans on staying in the real estate business. She recognizes that her happiness and job satisfaction are very high.
