Giact Systems Inc Dallas is no stranger to the nonprofit world. The company has donated to multiple organizations dealing with various issues, including domestic violence, education, health, and homelessness. Recently, Giact Systems Inc Dallas has redoubled its charity efforts to fight hunger.

“Hunger is a problem everywhere on earth,” said co-founder and CEO of Giact Systems Inc Dallas Melissa Brown. “Yes, even in the United States. It also affects all kinds of other issues. Hungry people don't have enough energy to study in school, or work hard at their jobs. This puts them at risk for homelessness and other problems.”

As a Christian, hunger is a particularly important issue to Brown. She has attended church throughout her entire life. “The church was how I first got into charity work,” said Brown. “There would be hungry people in church with us every day, and we would come together as a community to help them.”

This experience was, Brown said, formative. “One of the reasons I helped found Giact Systems Inc Dallas was to realize my vision of a different kind of company – one that used its profits to help the community and the world.”

Giact Systems Inc Dallas seems to have been a fruitful realization of Brown's dream. 10 years ago, Brown and co-founder Merlin Bise founded the risk management technology company now known as Giact Systems Inc Dallas. Since its founding, Giact Systems Inc Dallas has been deeply involved in charity work with multiple nonprofits.

On the issue of hunger, Giact Systems Inc Dallas has made contributions domestically and abroad. In 2013, the company donated to Mary's Kitchen. Mary's Kitchen is an all-volunteer non-profit organization founded in 1984. It provides food and other needed services to the homeless community of Orange, California. It is open from 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Saturday, and provides breakfast and lunch. Mary's Kitchen also accepts clothing donations.

“Giact Systems Inc Dallas was proud to donate to Mary's Kitchen, a Christian organization that has served Orange County's homeless so well for so long,” said Brown. “They truly make a difference in so many lives.”

Brown believes in the importance of global charity work as well. “We are part of a world community whether we admit it or not,” she said. “I want to take responsibility for my place in that.” In both 2010 and 2011, Giact Systems Inc Dallas donated money to a college in Nigeria. This money went to the purchase of rice and other basic essentials. Giact Systems Inc Dallas has prioritized education in other charity ventures as well. “Everyone deserves access to an education, and nobody should be going hungry to learn,” said Brown.

Merlin Bise was as well available for comment. “I'm very proud of the charity work we've done at Giact Systems Inc Dallas,” he said. “Melissa and I had a vision when we decided to found the company. I never imagined it could be this successful.”

Giact Systems Inc Dallas' success doesn't show signs of stopping. The company has had double-digit growth since its founding, and is now a leader in the risk management field.
