Brian Joros is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable high school baseball coach. He coached the West Boca Raton High School baseball team in West Boca Raton from 2005 to 2009 achieving a record of 93 wins to 36 losses. He has an overall career win-loss record of 215 to 121 and expects to keep the win column growing in future coaching years to come.

Before taking over at the West Boca Raton High School in 2005, he had already established himself as a winning high school baseball coach after leading teams to the Disney World School Celebration for three years and at Boynton Beach for an additional three years. His success as a coach is due to his experience and knowledge within the sport of baseball.

Brain Joros' success as a coach has elevated his reputation within the world of high school baseball. He is now the founder and director of the National Grand Slam Baseball Tournament where he manages the recruitment of 14 high school teams across the country, the recruitment of corporate sponsorship, the relationships of numerous nonprofit organizations, and the direction of a 16 person board of directors. He is also the director of finances that includes the recruitment of outside vendors. Instead of simply coaching high school baseball, Brian can be involved with 14 teams across the country and offering students the opportunity to play at the collegiate level in the future. The competition in the tournament is at the national level, just like future competition in the NCAA.

Brian Joros first achieved success when he played division one collegiate baseball at Purdue University. While in school, he also received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue in 1998, and his Associates degree in business from Olney Central Junior College. Before pursuing his Master's degree in education in 2011, he briefly played professional baseball in the minor league. His knowledge of the game and his experience playing baseball himself has made him an excellent coach for young students. He has given them the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level while achieving their education on a scholarship.
