Ben Stern of Realty Wholesalers himself knows that the reason for the receipt of this award is the enormous contributions to the Make A Wish Foundation.

The award was given to Ben Stern Realty Wholesalers because of the extraordinary contributions that this company has made to the Make A Wish Foundation. Over the course of several years, Ben Stern Realty Wholesalers donated tens of thousands of dollars to the Make A Wish Foundation, and in the year 2005 alone, the company granted 10 wishes of children with terminal or life-threatening illnesses.
