Since graduating from Purdue University with a B.S., Allyson Mae Gore has been actively pursuing a career as an underwriter. MetLife gave Allyson Mae Gore her first big break when the company hired her as a Life Insurance Underwriter. This opportunity provided Allyson Mae Gore with 5 years of learning experiences as she participated in a number of different projects.

While working at MetLife, Allyson Mae Gore was offered the chance to join the Middle Market project that was also known as the RapidE Underwriting project. After this project was completed, Allyson Mae Gore decided to begin searching out new opportunities for her to learn and grow as an underwriter. In September 2013, Allyson Mae Gore accepted a new position as a Senior Life Underwriter at Fidelity.

Allyson Mae Gore is thrilled to embark on this new adventure with Fidelity. Although she is grateful for her time at MetLife, Allyson Mae Gore is excited to experience a new work environment and engage in new topics within the insurance industry. In addition, Allyson Mae Gore hopes that her time at Fidelity will prepare her to reach new heights as an underwriter. Through her time at MetLife and Fidelity, Allyson Mae Gore appreciates that she has gained a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Allyson Mae Gore has proven that she is committed to perfecting her skills as an underwriter. In 2011, Allyson Mae Gore was chosen to attend the SwissRe Essential of Life Underwriting Conference in order to interact with some of the best underwriters in the business. This conference allowed Allyson Mae Gore to learn new skills as an underwriter while making valuable industry connections. In addition, Allyson Mae Gore is a member of several prominent underwriting organizations.

While working at Fidelity, Allyson Mae Gore hopes to continue to grow as an underwriter. In addition, Allyson Mae Gore is committed to maintaining close contacts within various underwriting organizations in order to ensure that she keeps on learning and growing. For example, Allyson Mae Gore maintains designations such as FALU and FLMI and is a member of AHOU.
