Zachary Zaitzeff may just be the city of New York’s most beloved restaurant owner. Quitting his job in the financial services industry in the wake of the deadly terrorist attacks of September 11 2001, Zachary Zaitzeff knew that he had to do whatever he possibly could to help the city rebuild after such widespread devastation.

So, with the goal of helping the city of New York overcome its difficulties, Zachary Zaitzeff decided to open a family owned and operated burger restaurant in the heart of New York City. Although some may have believed that yet another burger restaurant may not be the most successful venture, Zachary Zaitzeff has proven the critics wrong.

Recently, Zachary Zaitzeff announced that he was celebrating the record success of his burger restaurant. To explain his elation, Zachary Zaitzeff spoke with members of the press:

“You know, when we first opened this restaurant almost a decade ago, many people believed that there would be no way that we could be successful. Now, ten years later, I am thrilled to announce that business is booming and our humble burger restaurant continues to be one of the highest rated in the city.”

Zachary Zaitzeff credits the success of his restaurant to a number of very important factors including the fact that his has never compromised on his ethos of being a family owned restaurant. Furthermore, Zachary Zaitzeff believes that fact that his restaurant has had a long standing commitment to serve only the freshest and most local foods has greatly contributed to its success and widespread acceptance with the public.
Zachary Zaitzeff believes that he has set his business up for success in the long term and says that he believes that it will be around for at least the next several decades.

Zachary Zaitzeff told members of the press recently:

“You know, most people are reluctant to believe that a burger restaurant can stay the course, but I know that residents and tourists alike will be enjoying what we have to offer in the years to come.”
