Zachary Stephen Layton is an experienced biomedical engineer in Seattle, Washington. Layton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington, Zachary spent some time working at the Biomedical Sciences Building at the university’s campus where he gained valuable experience in the field. At the Biomedical Sciences Building, he supervised the laboratories and maintained university owned equipment.

Over the last several years, Zachary has been working on his music writing skills which he believes has come of age. Zachary started learning music from a young age and quickly took to playing the piano and guitar. Before he was 15 years old, he was already playing classical pieces from Bach and Mozart. Though he worked in a very demanding industry, he never gave up his passion for music but kept working with his music writing skills.

After writing the music for several unique compositions, he believes it is time to give his passion for music some much-deserved attention. Zachary’s unique music writing skills are deeply rooted in his experiences and understanding of life. As a well-traveled man, he picked up various melodies from several South American countries and has incorporated some of the basics of this music to his own. He has succeeded in creating melodies that stem from the soul and is confident that his music will soon make it into the mainstream music scene.

Zachary, his wife, and two children live in Seattle, Washington and like traveling to different parts of the world; however, South America seems to be their favorite destination. Zachary is a very down-to-earth person who likes to spend time with his family. At work he has gained the respect of his co-workers as being someone who is truly passionate about what he does.
