Vincent Theurer has been focused on achieving success in his career from a very young age. He began working for Approved Energy Corp in 2006 at 14, long before many of his contemporaries were even considering entering the world of work. Despite this early start, he still managed to achieve academic success, eventually graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2013.

During all of this time, he held a number of roles at the company, ascending the ranks gradually over the years. He got his start as a Customer Services Representative, working directly with customers to help them handle any issues they had, in addition to processing payments, handling queries and generally ensuring that the company retained as many customers as possible due to the high quality of his service.

Vincent Theurer talents did not go unrecognized and he became a Sales Representative in 2009, which is the same year that he started his studies at college. Despite being involved in full-time education, Theurer worked diligently to help Approved Energy Corp expand its client base, dealing with customers directly while also tracking the progression of commission based accounts.

His exceptional time management skills soon put him in contention for promotion, which led to him becoming an Assistant Service Manager in 2011. This role was his first taste of what it is like to work in a management position and he quickly adjusted to the demands of the job. He became responsible for organizing the work schedules for 65 service technicians during this period, in addition to his own, while also still juggling his college responsibilities.

His success led to him ascending further in the company, eventually becoming a Business Development Manager in 2012, while still studying for his degree. Vincent Theurer’s entire career has been exemplified by an unwavering dedication and a level of tenacity that is rarely seen amongst such young employees. He hopes to be able to help Approved Energy Corp with its continued growth in his current role, doing everything he can to improve their customer base and ensure the company is offering the level of service that clients have come to expect.
