Joby Schraier enjoys travelling and always has. He takes the opportunity to meet new people and experience new cultures as much as possible. Because his job gives him the opportunity to travel, and he works with cars a lot, he prefers the open road. His job requires that he go to different states and consult with new businesses.

Driving to each of these states is his preferred mode of transportation, and he enjoys the time he spends on the road to take in as much of the scenery and new experiences as he can. Joby Schraier has become a bit of an expert on cars and the types of cars that make for the best type of trip. For example, he believes that the Cadillac is best for a cozier trip, the Corvette or Mustang convertibles are great for drier climates, the Dodge Ram are for trips that require a lot of luggage or equipment and the Jeep Wrangler is for just about everything else.

His first travel project took him east to New York where he thoroughly toured the state. Joby Schraier continued his east coast travels by visiting Pennsylvania next. He had the opportunity to spend time with Amish people and learn about their culture. From Pennsylvania, he travelled to Virginia where he went on many historic tours about our nation’s history. His job took him next to North Carolina, where he learned the best barbeque comes from.

While in North Carolina, he made his first attempt at surfing and drove on the beaches there. He then went to South Carolina, where he golfed and rested. After the Carolinas, he headed to Georgia to hike along the Appalachian Trail. Joby travelled further south to Florida, where he took up surfing lessons and visited Universal Studios in Orlando. From there, he went to Alabama, where, for a brief time at least, he fished. After Alabama, he travelled to Louisiana and saw the sights of New Orleans. His job then took him to Texas, Missouri and Tennessee as well as the Western States, where he had the time of his life by exploring the diverse scenery and absorbing and learning about the many different sights and people. Joby has travelled through more than a third of the United States and plans to continue his travels through his work to visit many more states.
