Drivers of performance cars often get a bad rap in modern society. Suburbanites often see their driving as too fast, their cars as too loud, or their attitudes as unsavory. But underneath the tough exterior and bright paint jobs, performance motor enthusiasts are some of the most caring people you will meet. Kaizen Tuning has partnered with Guardian Angel Motorsports to put on a track day for charity.

Held at Lime Rock Park, the track day will be an opportunity for customers of Kaizen Tuning to show up and show what their tuned up cars can really do. Because they will be driving on a track, not on open and public roads, the drivers will get to put their vehicles through their paces and feed their need for speed. The best part is that their opportunity to fly around the track will also provide help to children in need through Guardian Angel Motorsports.

Kaizen Tuning service coordinator Jon Beaucher was passionate about the charitable opportunity. “I love seeing cars fly around the track,” he explained, “but the fact that we can help children who are in need of medical attention is what is truly special about this event. Working with Guardian Angel has been a great opportunity to show how much we care about the community and improving people's quality of life outside of the driver's seat.” As the event gets closer, Jon and the rest of the Kaizen Tuning team are getting more and more excited about it.

For drivers who are just starting out or who want some extra tips on racing their cars, Kaizen Tuning has seen fit to bring in expert drivers for the event. These drivers, who have logged innumerable hours on the lime rock track, will be available to help and coach drivers through difficult sections of the course. The drivers will be available for the first half of the day, and the second half will be dedicated to customers of Kaizen Tuning who have track experience and know their way around a racetrack.
