Shane Lowney was born in Tampa, Florida in 1980 into a small family with only 1 sibling. From a young age his parents instilled in him compassion for others and a strong desire to give back to the community. Shane also inherited a love of Science and Engineering from his father who had a background in Civil Engineering.

Shane Lowney excelled academically and when he graduated from high school attended the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). His talents became very apparent as he ranked highly among his fellow students. While at college Shane met and clicked immediately with one such student named Christine. The two had a surprising amount in common. A shared interest for Science and Engineering, a desire to travel, and a love for rock climbing were just a few of their many similarities.

Shane Lowney and Christine continued dating throughout their college careers and when they both graduated moved back to Shane’s hometown of Tampa, Florida. The couple was married a few short years later. With his degree in Mechanical Engineering Shane began cultivating a name for himself within the field. He has spent over a decade building a very successful and lucrative career. Christine is no stranger to success either, as she too has logged many hours of hard work to maintain an expanding job in her sub-category of the field.

The two stay busy with work and have not yet found the timing to be ideal for children but are open to exploring the possibility in the future. When they aren’t devoting time to their respective careers, the two are avid travelers. They enjoy traveling abroad as often as they can – an award their hard work has bestowed on them. The couple is also extremely active in the community volunteering their time and effort to helping various charitable organizations.

Another of Shane Lowney’s passions in life is flying. He is a licensed pilot and makes it a point to fly his Cessna 182 at least a few times a month. Some of his other hobbies include rock climbing, reading, hiking, and camping. Overall Shane is very pleased with the life he has designed for himself and has no plans of relocating in the near future.
