Sean Ringgold: The Man that Does it All

Sean Ringgold demonstrates a diverse set of skills in his professional career as an actor and dedicated volunteer.

 
Being a professional of any trade takes a certain level of skill and natural talent, something that Sean Ringgold has plenty of both. Ringgold is a man who has ambitious aspirations in life. He enjoys everything that it has to offer and never passes up an opportunity to take on challenges. 

Ringgold’s diverse skill set, which ranges from acting to professional stunts to extreme sports, gives him the necessary credentials for performing in large action film roles. He has a strong background with many extreme sports activities, like snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, mountain biking, motorcycle stunts, boxing, jet skiing, ice skating, and wakeboarding, making him the perfect fit to star in a major action film.

Sean Ringgold has found success as an actor over the course of his career that spans over a decade in the industry. He is mostly known for his six-year portrayal of ABC’s “One Life to Live” character, Shaun Evans. During his time with the show, which had 189 episodes air, he was nominated for an Emmy for his work as character, Shaun Evans, in 2011. Also notable is his role as Death Row Records CEO, Marion “Suge” Knight, in the major motion picture, “NOTORIOUS”. 

Sean Ringgold has done acting work for numerous advertising campaigns and commercials. The list of companies that he has done commercials for includes Budweiser, Nike, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Spike TV, Kia Motors, Dr. Scholls, and Fiat 500, among others. In November of 2014, Ringgold starred in the major motion picture, “Before I Disappear”, a title featuring Oscar Award Winner, Shawn Christensen. 

Sean Ringgold was born in Rockaway Beach, Queens. Since finding success in his acting career, Sean has been able to give back to his community by becoming a youth mentor at HeartShare Human Services of New York. As a youth mentor, Sean helps children and teens with four main areas of life: education, positive socialization, career experience, and community service. He has dedicated much of his time to volunteering at organizations like HeartShare, including The Sickle Cell Foundation, and “Strut for MS”. 

Ringgold is happy to have made a successful career with his acting and hopes to land the lead role in a major action film where he can perform his own stunts.
