When Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota isn’t working, he can usually be found enjoying his time off in a variety of different ways. One such way recently occurred when he and a few of his friends took a camping and kayaking trip in southern Minnesota this past month.

Scott Boardman of Minnesota is a successful small and large business consultant, and as such he spends a large majority of his time tirelessly working for his clients. But every now and then he needs a weekend away to recharge his batteries. That is why Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota and some of his friends recently took a weekend trip down to Millville, Minnesota to do some camping and kayaking.

“It was incredible. The scenery is so beautiful down there, I think we all agreed we might have just had our first annual trip down there,” said Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota.

Scott Boardman of Minnesota and his friends also agreed that it was a pretty easy trip to do economically. “All we really paid for was the gas to get down there, our cooler full of food, and a nightly campground fee,” he remarked. Camping is a relatively new interest for Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota, but something he has found to be a nice escape from the busy corporate business world. He enjoys being able to get away from the noise and lights and be in nature for a few days.

“Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t live out here, but it sure is nice to use it as weekend getaway,” said Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota.

Minnesota is known for a lot of great camping spots. Once the weather warms up in late spring, people spread out all over the state to find beautiful scenery. Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota points out that southern Minnesota has lots of good towns with camping spots, including Zumbro Falls, Preston, Houston, and Welch.

“It’s just a great state, the people are friendly and the scenery is beautiful. We have a lot of hidden gems out here,” said Scott R. Boardman of Minnesota.
