Roman Bylo is excited to announce that he recently made the decision to enroll in culinary school. He always demonstrated a natural talent for cooking and loves to cook for his family and friends. At the recommendation of several friends, Roman Bylo looked into culinary education programs and is excited to start classes in the spring at a local institute.

For Roman Bylo, cooking is more than just a hobby; it is a way of life. Since he can remember, Roman Bylo has enjoyed cooking and used to assist with family meals during childhood. At the age of 16, Roman Bylo cooked his first Thanksgiving dinner for his family, which was a smashing success. He explains, “I have always loved to cook. For me it’s more than just simple food preparation; it’s about coming together with loved ones to share a meal.”

Despite his aptitude for cooking, Roman Bylo had not considered a culinary career until a few months ago. He says, “A few close friends suggested that I look into professional schooling, which had never crossed my mind.” Roman Bylo was surprised by the suggestion, but says, “I was also very flattered. I didn’t think my cooking had that much of an impact on my friends.”

Prior to enrolling in culinary school, Roman Bylo had taken a number of non-professional level cooking classes at a local community college. He thoroughly enjoyed these classes, so pursuing a degree in culinary education was a logical next step for him. He says, “I’m excited to learn professional methods of cooking. A new career path has suddenly opened up for me, and I’m eager to get started.”

Roman Bylo can’t wait to start his formal culinary education. Although he doesn’t have any plans for what he would like to do after graduation, he is open to many different options. Some of his friends have proposed that Roman Bylo open his own restaurant, but he is unsure if he’s ready for this venture yet. Whatever he decides to do, it is clear that Roman Bylo will have a great career in the culinary field.
