Robert DeCusati , after over a year of exhaustive searching while holding a demanding position at international rigid plastic manufacturer Klockner Pentaplast. Premier Top Solutions has been in business for sixteen years, and provides cabinet and countertop installation and maintenance in Richmond, Virginia. After he acquired the company through providing operational funds, he took on an active role. He mildly restructured the company, managed it, and then sold the company.
