Rob Haines moved from New Jersey to Texas in 2009. After adapting to a new environment, Haines joined the private sector to work for a property management company. He quickly learned what it took to run a successful and growing business: communicating with customers and other business partners to maintain a firm control on income and expenses for the company and ensure that all tenants and business partners are satisfied.

Rob Haines hopes to build his own business in the Newark area, where he grew up, one day. He has already learned much from his time in Texas and has worked closely with highly successful real estate executives who have taught Haines many of the intangible qualities that he needed to learn in order to found and run his own business. Haines knows he can count on his colleagues to help him set up a basic understanding of what makes a good business great and how to satisfy customers and everyone he works with professionally.

Rob Haines believes that he can be as successful as he wants in the next decade, and all the effort lies on his behalf. His property management company has expanded greatly, adding units and buildings to an already loaded lineup of properties throughout Houston. Haines has learned much from his time working with his fellow employees to manage the premier property management company in the area. He has developed many of the skills it takes to be a successful businessman later in life, including excellent communication skills in all forms.

Rob Haines has built a reputation at his job for his hard working nature and his ability to work with tenants and other customers to find solutions. He understands that customer service is an important part of any business, no matter what industry it’s in. Haines has already begun to understand brand building and the implications that come with a company’s brand and its public perception. Haines hopes to give back to his former community of Newark one day.
