Randy Dunnett is marking ten years in business as the owner of the Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex in West Chicago. He opened the athletic training facility in 2004, after four years as a coach and baseball instructor at Jack Perconte Sports.

Randy Dunnett is a former professional baseball player who has channeled his passion for the game into a thriving business. In addition to the Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex, he is the co-owner of a developmental program called Force Elite Baseball. "I am a dedicated coach and mentor," he says. "I have coached and helped thousands of young players."

As a pitcher at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Randy Dunnett had a .667 winning percentage over two seasons with an overall 14-7 win-loss record. He also devoted long hours to his studies, and received a Business Administration degree from Belmont in 1999.

Randy Dunnett spent the next couple of years in the Cook County Cheetahs organization, but during the offseason discovered he had a flair for coaching. He got his start as a private instructor at the Jack Perconte Sports Academy in Naperville, Illinois, and has been coaching ever since.
In 2004, Randy Dunnett put his business administration skills to use with the launching of the Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex. "From the ground up I built my own client base, and in 2007 I started to run my own baseball teams," he recalls. With a partner, Randy Dunnett established the Force Elite Baseball Club, an offshoot of Finish Strong, in 2011.

Force Elite trains at the 32,000 square-foot Finish Strong facility. Players can take advantage of its infield for team practice in groundballs, or its pitching bullpens, or batting practice facilities. The Force Elite program employs a highly trained and professional staff that helps players and teams achieve their goals.

Randy Dunnett's Force Elite Baseball is staffed by professionals. All of its staff members have years of playing and coaching experience at the high school, college, and professional levels. They draw on their years of experience to listen to, communicate with, and understand the ups and downs that are part of the game of baseball.
