Radhia Chaouch is a property manager in charge of renting and managing 55 units in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. She recently welcomed several new tenants to the community and her family of apartment properties throughout the town. Chaouch is very excited to bring in new people to her community and to keep her units filled with happy people.

Radhia Chaouch moved from Tunis, Tunisia in North Africa in 1992. She didn’t know anything about managing properties or even how to speak and write in English. She took classes and worked hard at any job she could find in her new community to make ends meet while also creating opportunities for herself in the future. Chaouch didn’t know much about the new, strange country she found herself in, but she knew that she wanted to stay there for a long time based on the welcome that she received in her early New Jersey years.

Over time, Radhia Chaouch developed the skills and experience in the local real estate market to form her own property management company in Cinnaminson. Chaouch Properties was founded in 2001 and has since expanded to include 55 rental units in the area. Despite the expansion, Chaouch manages each unit as if it was her only one, helping new tenants feel welcome and old tenants satisfied with her service. Chaouch works hard with her team and her tenants to create a sense of belonging in her community. She sees her tenants and their properties as a vibrant part of the community that she had fallen in love with upon first setting foot in New Jersey.

Radhia Chaouch is grateful for her welcome to her new home 24 years ago and continues to pass on the warmth and sense of belonging she experienced to new and old tenants every day. She always finds ways to help her clients solve their maintenance problems quickly by hiring the best maintenance staff in town. She works closely with all of her contractors to ensure that their work is satisfactory not only by her standards, but by the tenants’ standards as well. She hopes to continue to contribute to her community for years to come.
