Prime Renovations is a design-build firm for both residential and commercial renovation projects. The business was founded in 2004 by Jeff Streich, who already possessed years of experience as a contractor. He founded his own business after a chance encounter with a stranger who happened to own 200 buildings in New York City. After Jeff Streich found and returned the stranger’s phone, Prime Renovations was created to complete the stranger’s renovation needs.

“Prime Renovations has grown since the beginning, and now integrates design, realistic costing, construction and construction management. Prime Renovations focuses on projects in the Hamptons and the New York City area,” says the founder of Prime Renovations. The company has been hired to perform both basic and high-end renovation projects.

Prime Renovations’ founder, Jeff Streich, decided to become an accredited BBB company in 2009. “Prime Renovations has been an accredited BBB business since October 29, 2009. Since then, Prime Renovations’ BBB rating was raised from an A to an A+,” says the founder of Prime Renovations. The company’s rating increased because of the length of time the company has been in business, the background information provided to the BBB about the company, and the fact that no complaints have been filed with the BBB about the company.

“I am proud of the many successes Prime Renovations has had in less than a decade,” says the founder of Prime Renovation. The company has been featured in three magazines and twice on television. Prime Renovations appeared in the October 2004 addition of Home Magazine, In Touch Weekly in June of 2007, and New York Spaces in May of 2010. Prime Renovations appeared on ABC’s “The View” in December of 2006 and an episode of HGVT’s “Designer Challenge” in May of 2007.

As a company, Prime Renovations has much to celebrate in less than a decade. “We recognize that there are many qualified renovation companies in New York. We are proud that in less than ten years, we have been featured in three magazines and on two television shows. I hope we continue into the next decade with the success and recognition we received in the first,” says the founder of Prime Renovations.
