Nathaniel Ploskonka has always aimed to achieve highly in any endeavor that he puts his mind to. During his college years he was a member of the men’s varsity basketball team at Baldwin Wallace University, earned a full scholarship as an army ROTC at John Carrol University and finished in the top 10% of the class when he took the Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) administered by the US army in 2012.

These early accolades were all indicative of a young man who demonstrated that who would work hard no matter what his chosen career, which is why he has already begun to create a stir in the industry since he began working for Cresco Real Estate when he left college.
Starting out as an intern in 2012, Ploskonka quickly established himself as a talent to watch out for and was made a Sales Associate for the company a mere year later. He now works primarily with tenants and landlords, helping them to create tenancy agreements that will ensure that both parties are happy, amongst a number of other duties.

However, he is always looking to improve. As well as working hard to advance his knowledge of his chosen profession during his work hours, Ploskonka is also a very active member of his local community. He believes that by understanding the people of the community, he will also come to better appreciate what it takes to provide them with the best possible service when they come to him for advice about real estate.

Nathaniel Ploskonka is now working hard to continue to enhance his reputation in the local real estate community, pursuing his objectives with a tenacity that is rarely seen in such a young professional. His immediate aim is to continue providing the high standards of service that he has been since 2012 for Cresco Real Estate, but he also hopes to use the skills and he experience that he gains in this role to strike out on his own in the industry. In the meantime, he will continue proving to the people of Independence, Ohio and beyond why he is a talent to watch out for when it comes to real estate.
