Merger and Acquisition Company Boasts Quick Turnaround

International Acquisition Group recently helped a major client sell in less than six months.

 
When a company is looking to sell, it is vitally important that the process be carried out in an expeditious and efficient manner. The seller in this account was a hot tub company based in Western Canada. The client approached International Acquisition Group hoping to find some resources and leads on who they should talk to in order to move forward in the selling process. The owners of the company were very interested in a quick sales process, and asked International Acquisition Group to move as smoothly as possible from one stage of the process to the next. International Acquisition Group immediately started looking through their database of established buyers, looking for one that would be a good match for the hot tub producer.

International Acquisition Group found a buyer in Value Drug Mart, one of the leading drugstore chains in Western Canada. International Acquisition Group knew from previous interactions that Value Drug Mart was looking to expand into other areas of the retail market, and saw that buying the hot tub manufacturer could be an excellent opportunity for them to enter a new section of the market. International Acquisition Group began the process of introducing the two companies’ representatives, and pushed through the process as quickly as possible.

International Acquisition Group listened closely to the needs of their client, and was able to set up a sale that brought an excellent price within a few short months. By turning the deal around so quickly, International Acquisition Group was able to satisfy the needs of the client and show its strength as a resource in the selling process.
