Martin Griffin is an education professional in California. He has worked as a teacher as well as an administrator and has a long list of skills. He is highly experienced in his field and has learned how to help schools improve and succeed. In 2013, Griffin shifted the focus of his career and became an Educational Consultant and Coach. One of his goals is to help schools overcome resource gaps that are the result of economic gaps. He wants to help schools improve the quality of education they provide no matter where they are located.

Martin Griffin began his teaching career by earning a bachelor’s degree from St. Hyacinth College and Seminary in 1989. He had spent time working with children and youth and enjoyed helping others. He began teaching, and worked with schools in three different states. His experiences in different schools helped him learn about policies and reform strategies. He wanted to see all schools succeed and wanted to help underperforming schools provide a great education. He then advanced his education by earning a master’s degree and took on an administrative role in the educational system.

He worked as the principal of several different schools and discovered innovative ways to improve the performance of schools. He learned how to develop school culture and how to turn school culture in to success. Martin Griffin took all of his experiences as a principal and applied them in his role of Chief Academic Officer of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District. He realized that in an administrative role, he could impact more schools and more students. He hoped to provide schools with the resources they needed to improve and develop.

Griffin wanted to use his skills to help schools throughout the country. He became a self-employed educational consultant and coach so that he could teach other administrators about reform policies. He offers a vast amount of experience in school reform and development and is able to teach administrators about whole systems school reform strategies. During his career, Martin Griffin has helped public schools as well as charter schools improve. He is highly experienced in school reform and hopes to make education more accessible for students everywhere.
