Mark Hybner Management now has achieved twenty years in business. Managing numerous acts in the entertainment industry including David Kersh, Chris Cagle, John Michael Montgomery, Thom Shepherd and the Emotions, a Texas band which Mark Hybner founded 38 years ago. Mark Hybner management also manages the Shiner Starplex in Shiner Texas.

The Emotions are a south Central Texas touring act which continues to play to sold out shows. The band currently consists of Beverly Hensley on Guitar and Lead Vocals and, Justin Thompson on Guitar and Lead Vocals, Calvin Drozd on Keyboards, Juan Jose Villafane on Lead Guitar and Vocals
Austin Popp on Drums and Vocals, and Oscar Urdaneta on Bass Guitar and Vocals. This is an incredible line-up of talent. A number of whom, you will be sure to see in the future on the national stage.

The Emotions, managed by Mark Hybner, continually have members move to the national stage. Former Emotions Members include David Kersh, Chad Hudson, Suzanne Karr, Scott Taylor, and Justin Spears. David Kersh was a touring member of the band who made it big with 3 albums and numerous writing credits including a country music chart toping song co-written with Chris Cagle. Justin Spears is the lead singer for Ravencliffe, an influential country band who is a mainstay of the Country music scene.

Mark Hybner Management also manages the Shiner Starplex. The Shiner Starplex is a full service Baseball sports center, which helps players of all ages, develop their baseball skills. Mark Hybner's son, Trevor Hybner, who was an all conference player in college, is the coach at the Shiner Starplex and is available for private lessons. Mark Hybner Also donates his time in the community. Every year he organizes the local church picnic which is always a huge success. Mark Hybner also started the Stastny Hacek fishing tournament which supports the local Catholic School.

One of the others who Mark Hybner helped bring to the attention of country fans was Bill Pekar. Bill Pekar was a longtime musician and, with a little encouragement from Mark Hybner, he set out to record some of his songs. Mark Hybner heard them, and worked with Pekar on re-recording them at a Nashville studio and at another studio in Austin. Bill Pekar has been a mainstay in The Texas Country scene ever since. “Just having someone like Mark being the leader on your team really takes the worry out of the politics of the music and lets us concentrate on the tunes” said Pekar.

The Mark Hybner Management company has been helping their community and aspiring singers for two decades and they look forward to two more. A number of top country artists have come out of Mark Hybner Management and more are sure to come.
