Lee Chanakira has long been committed to physical fitness. Recently, however, Lee Chanakira has decided to take his commitment to new heights by signing up for a physically-challenging fitness program that occurs at very high altitudes.

Lee Chanakira works out on a daily basis. He rarely misses the chance to hit the gym or take a ride on his bicycle. It was only until recently that Lee Chanakira began to look for something more challenging, something that would push both his mind and body to their outermost limits. After a labored search Lee Chanakira finally came across a program that would test him in ways he had never been tested before.

The program Lee Chanakira has invested in includes six weeks on intense mountain training. High-altitude bicycling, swimming, rafting and running are all major components of this recently developed program. Lee Chanakira’s goal: To build a tolerance for high-altitude training and to improve his endurance and strength at sea level. The more he trains at high altitude, says Lee Chanakira, the more opportunities he will have to obtain a superior and more efficient body at home.

Lee Chanakira hopes to someday participate in competitive high-altitude biking events. This program is the key to building his endurance and focus.

Lee Chanakira has participated in multiple workout routines. He has attempted Pilates and intense cardio-vascular group workouts at the gym. He is continually active in competitive sports and developing his strength by lifting weights. Lee Chanakira has been noted for his ability to bench over 400 pounds and curl 100 pound barbells. Lee Chanakira is undeniably committed to working out, which is why is entry into high-altitude training is of little surprise to anyone that knows him.

Lee Chanakira believes that working out can help a person establish control over their health. Many times a person’s health is all they have.
