Recently, Kevin Wayne Munn and his business McNatt-Munn Properties were pleased to celebrate their 10-year anniversary. For a decade now, McNatt-Munn Properties has been a trusted real estate broker in McComb and Canton, Mississippi. Kevin Wayne Munn, as co-owner of the office, says the business is stronger than it has been in years.

In the early 2000s, Kevin Wayne Munn thought it a savvy business move to open a real estate office. The market for real estate was high and there was room in the McComb, MS area for another broker. So Kevin Wayne Munn and his business partner created McNatt-Munn Properties. For the first few years, McNatt-Munn Properties did quite well. Then hard times hit with the recession.

"How were we to know what the future would look like for the real estate market?" Kevin Wayne Munn said, "The market was doing extremely well when we first opened our office."

The economic downturn hit McNatt-Munn Properties just like all the other real estate agents in the country. For a number of years, property did not sell quickly or for the market value it held previous to the recession. McNatt-Nunn Properties looked like it might have to shut its doors, but the owners found a way to survive. Kevin Wayne Munn saw the business through.

"I'm so proud of how the business pulled together at that time," Kevin Wayne Munn stated, "We could have so easily gone under, but through everyone's hard work, we got through and we are strong again."

With the 10-year anniversary, McNatt-Munn Properties is a thriving real estate office once more. Both selling and leasing properties in McComb and Canton, MS, Kevin Wayne Munn's company is an active player in the local real estate market. Some properties under McNatt-Munn Properties' management have still not returned to their previous market price, but on a whole, the market is much improved.

"We are in good shape right now," Kevin Wayne Munn said, "Can't wait to see where we go from here."
