During this early period, he not only demonstrated his ability to oversee the design and construction process, but also demonstrated a talent for negotiations and procurement of both funding and medical equipment.
This experience allowed him to ascend to the position of Vice President of the company in a mere 4 years, where he continued with his project development responsibilities in addition to managing a number of other departments in the company. This eventually led to his promotion ton Chief Operating Officer and President in 2006.
