Kathleen Yonce is a successful commercial real estate development executive living and working in the State of Florida. She started her career in the real estate industry in 1993, working for the Aura Group, a privately held firm that dealt with property development and management. Kathleen Yonce graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with a major in German, and a minor in Business from the University of South Carolina in 1991. While working for the Aura Group, she went on to study for her MBA at Nova Southeastern University and graduated in 1995. Since 2000, she has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designee (CCIM) since 2008.

In over twenty years of working in the real estate industry, she has worked on over one million square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family properties throughout South Florida, valued at over $800 million. While working for the Aura Group, she managed the leasing and construction of tenant improvement for Building One, and development and leasing of Building Two at the Corporate Park at Kendall.

Kathleen Yonce also worked as the Project Manager for Codina Group and worked on several commercial projects including the Gables Grand Plaza in Coral Gables. The project was awarded the 1998 Best Mixed-Use Development by the South Florida Business Journal, as well as the Best Special Purpose Development by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Her commitment to detail and her “can-do” attitude has made her a successful real estate development executive.

She served as a Principal for KEY Management Consulting before going ahead to launch her own real estate brokerage firm, KEY Investment Advisors. Her experience in working on various development projects, including charter schools, multi-family, mixed use, and retail has made her one of the leading real estate development executives in the State of Florida. During her long career in the real estate industry, she has worked for various clients such as Bay Court, Inc., Forex Mastery, Phoenix Real Estate Group, PAC Land Development, Tax Engineering Associates, Infinitus Energy, and Imperium Development.
