John James Sarkis has made many efforts over the course of his successful career in the food and beverage industry to show the world how great the restaurant scene in Charlotte is. However, John James Sarkis says that Charlotte has never risen to the same reputation for great food as other cities in the United States.

John James Sarkis is making it his mission to change that. “I know that Charlotte has never garnered very much national attention for its food scene,” John James Sarkis explained. “Still, I believe that with the right outreach campaigns, a continued commitment to excellent cuisine, and great service, we can put Charlotte dining on the map.”

John James Sarkis says that he first became interested in revolutionizing the Charlotte dining scene after joining a number of professional networking organizations geared at people in the food and beverage industry. John James Sarkis says that these organizations illustrated the many ways that restaurant managers can distinguish their operations from the competition, while also cultivating positive relationships with other members in the community.

"The various professional organizations of which I am a member have been a fantastic resource for me as a restaurateur,” John James Sarkis said. “I have learned so much about the type of relationships that you should build with other restaurants in the community and how all of these great restaurants can work together to promote the community dining scene as a whole.”

John James Sarkis says that in the coming year he will reach out to various tourist organizations and chambers of commerce to work together to promote the Charlotte dining scene to tourists from across the nation. John James Sarkis believes that his efforts will be incredibly successful.
