Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) is a wonderful career, according to HVAC technician Jeremy Bednarsh. One of the best parts about the HVAC industry, says Jeremy Bednarsh, is the fact that there are an infinite number of ways that HVAC technicians can practice their trade. Jeremy Bednarsh got his start in HVAC many years ago, but he has only very recently begun to expand his practice to include commercial walk-in refrigeration units.
Jeremy Bednarsh recently spoke with members of the press about the expansion of his areas of expertise:
“I have always been a tactile person who enjoys troubleshooting and learning on the fly. For that reason, I have always been very into taking various continuing professional education classes. When I had the opportunity to take a few courses in commercial walk-in refrigeration units, I jumped at the opportunity.”
Jeremy Bednarsh says that he enjoyed the classes he took, which is why he decided to expand his practice to include commercial walk-in refrigeration. “Every walk-in refrigerator is a unique machine,” Jeremy Bednarsh explained. “I greatly enjoy walking into a new commercial unit and figuring out what is wrong with it.”
Jeremy Bednarsh says that commercial walk-in refrigeration units are an important machine in modern society. Most restaurants and hotels have walk-in refrigeration units, explains Jeremy Bednarsh. However, many people do not know that other industries use walk-in refrigeration units for any number of reasons.
“The most fascinating thing – to me – was that places like hospitals, day care centers use walk-in refrigeration units,” Jeremy Bednarsh said. “Additionally, many factories and processing plants need a walk-in refrigeration unit for the products that they are producing.”
Jeremy Bednarsh says that he is currently taking on new clients who need an HVAC technician who is capable of working with commercial walk-in refrigeration units. In fact, Jeremy Bednarsh hopes that by the end of next year, he will triple his commercial refrigeration service.
“Commercial walk-in refrigeration units are everywhere,” Jeremy Bednarsh said. “I hope to be the first person that you call when your commercial walk-in refrigeration unit breaks down.” Jeremy Bednarsh plans to earn more certifications in the future to better serve his clients.
