Jeffrey Sterner Looking to Match 2012 Marks

The end of 2013 is approaching, and Jeffrey Sterner is hoping to match his record setting marks and achievements made in 2012.

 
As Jeffrey Sterner is approaching the end of the calendar year, he is working hard to exceed his successful 2012 marks and achievements. It is Jeffrey Sterner’s goal each year to exceed previous standards and improve. He is having a very successful 2013 and is looking to finish strong.
Jeffrey Sterner works as a Patient Education Consultant of Medical Sales at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. He has held the same position since September 2010.

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers can be found in 19 different states and Washington D.C. The company prides itself on the ability to complete all lab work, consultations, and procedures in the same facility. They believe this allows for the easiest and most seamless experience for patients. “Patients absolutely love ClearChoice because of the all-inclusive nature. You come here and you can get everything done under one roof. It saves the patients lots of time, money, and hassle,” said Jeffrey Sterner.

Jeffrey Sterner’s 2012 results were very impressive. He achieved 103.3% of his sales target for the year, which resulted in him receiving the highest personal evaluation score in the company. Additionally, Jeffrey Sterner’s office was recognized as the top producing office in the nation based on patient conversion rate, something Jeffrey Sterner oversees.

“Last year was fantastic, but that is completely in the past. My goal is to beat those standards we set last year. I use 2012 as motivation, but nothing more. If you focus too much on the past, you’ll forget what you’re supposed to be doing in the present,” Jeffrey Sterner said.

While there is still some time left in 2013, Jeffrey Sterner and his sales team have seen some positive results this calendar year. They are hoping to exceed previous numbers and once again receive recognition from top-level management. “Being nationally recognized last year just sort of whetted our appetites. We want to continually improve and make that a standard each year,” Jeffrey Sterner said.

Before joining ClearChoice in September 2010, Jeffrey Sterner worked for a variety of different companies as a sales consultant, sales trainer, sales manager, and sales associate.
