Jeffrey Sterner believes in mentoring and helping students looking to get involved in the sales industry. He recently held an event for local students in which he shared advice, answered questions, and presented activities and challenges. Jeffrey Sterner believes the event was a success and looks forward to holding more in the future.
Jeffrey Sterner graduated from Harper College with a degree in Sales and Marketing and has been in the sales industry for more than fifteen years. He started working for Times Personnel in 1997 and has since worked for Kforce, Centex Homes, M/I Homes, and now ClearChoice.

Jeffrey Sterner is currently a Patient Education Consultant of Medical Sales for ClearChoice. ClearChoice has offices in 19 different states and the District of Columbia. Jeffrey Sterner works out of the Schaumburg, Illinois office. He is responsible for developing new patient relations and setting up, planning, and executing sales strategies. “I absolutely love working for ClearChoice. I get to use my talents and skills in a productive and meaningful way,” said Jeffrey Sterner. “I am always looking for ways to improve my own skills while helping others succeed.”

One of the ways Jeffrey Sterner helps others succeed is through mentoring. Jeffrey Sterner has always had a passion for mentoring students, and recently he held his first formal event. The event was held in Schaumburg, Illinois, and Jeffrey Sterner invited college students from around the state to participate. The idea was to have an event in which students could get some experience from someone currently in the sales industry.

“I wanted to offer an event where students could remove themselves from their textbooks and case studies for an afternoon and listen to some real world tips and advice,” Jeffrey Sterner said. “I hope I was able to offer that to these students.”

Jeffrey Sterner spent the opening minutes discussing his career, experiences, and achievements. He then allowed students to ask questions on almost any subject. The final part of the event was the most interactive. Jeffrey Sterner split students up into groups and gave them real world problems to tackle. Students then met at the end and presented their findings.
