This led to him making the decision to work alongside his father, helping him to manage two properties in Washington D.C. before he made the decision to move to Georgia. Once there, he continued in the same role, helping to manage a number of properties in his new home state on behalf of his father. Along the way he has learned that many of the skills that he has developed during the course of his storied career have come in useful, particular the ones that he developed when negotiating with contractors on construction projects.

Today, James Lynn Granum Jr. aims to expand his interests within the property market and continues to improve on the level of service that he offers to tenants. He believes that an effective property manager is able to take the feedback that they receive from tenants into account so that they can run their buildings as effectively as possible. He continues to build upon his existing skillset to best serve the needs of his tenants.
