Glenn Kriczky's long history with the business world, especially management, has been the result of his dedication, along with his keen mind, inner discipline, and unparalleled organizational skills. One of the first management jobs Glenn Kriczky acquired was in 1981, when he became Retail Service Manager of Wetterau Foods. Wetterau Foods, Inc., was a large, publicly traded grocery company with a rich history. Glenn would work as the Retail Service Manager of Wetterau Foods from 1981 to 1986. There, Glenn was responsible for implementation of scan systems, as well as managing the retail pricing systems, shelf managing systems, order entry terminals, among many other responsibilities. Glenn's time with Wetterau would begin his close relationship with the grocery industry in particular, and further his knowledge and understanding of the field.

Glenn Kriczky's methodical, organizational mind, as well as his keen intellect and observational skills, made it almost an inevitability that he would rise through the ranks of the Information Technology world, and continue to excel and demonstrate general excellence. It is these traits, along with Glenn's own personal dedication and determination that would lead him to hold high-end management positions in a company. In February of 2004, Glenn would become the Vice President of Information Systems at Associated Wholesalers Inc. Associated Wholesalers Inc. is a cooperative food distributor organized to provide flexible distribution and retail services that promote the growth and profitability of its member retailers.

The goal of a cooperative is to network with both food distributors and independent retails such as grocery stores, to help foster the growth of both, and to aid in the stability by working closely with the retailers to guarantee a steady price and availability of goods. Glenn Kriczky's ten year time as vice president would give him a keen understanding of the necessary traits to be a good businessman as well as mentor and leader in the industry.
